The purpose of Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Wapping Community Church is to reach children for Christ.  VBS is a daytime summer event featuring singing, Bible lessons, crafts, activities and mission project.

2021 Vacation Bible School was an AWESOME success! Ninety children registered and thirty-eight volunteers participated in crafts, recreation, Bible stories, science, snacks, and songs for five days in June.  There was laughter, sharing, caring, and so much fun.  Our VBS Celebration Service was held in worship on Sunday, June 27th.

We learned so much on our adventure. We learned to light others paths with Love, Trust, Faith, Joy, and Hope. We learned more about Jesus, the Light of the World. We will continue to shine our lights wherever we go, so that others may know Jesus.
