HONORARIA AND FEES

We consider weddings to be part of our mission as a church. Honoraria and fees compensate staff for the extra time they take preparing for and performing your wedding service.

Minister’s Honoraria… $400
Organist’s Honoraria… $250
(if accompanying a soloist…….. $280)
Sexton’s Fee… $100
Soloist’s Fee… $100

If you pay by check, please write separate checks for each staff member and give the checks in separate envelopes to the officiating pastor at the time of the rehearsal. The names of each staff member are as follows:

Organist: Margo C. Lazzerini
Sexton: James Fulton

When neither the bride nor the groom is a member of Wapping-or when there is not a pledge in support of the ministry of the Church, it is expected that there will be a minimum gift of $200 in support of the ministry of this church. As a matter of Christian Stewardship, the gift to the Church should be seen in proportion to the total cost of the wedding.

In case of a very small wedding which does not require a rehearsal, honoraria will be adjusted according to the circumstances and time required.
